Yoga with Emily

A class to get out of your mind and into your body. Focusing on our stamina, strength, conditioning, balance and above all finding some inner peace on and off the mat.
Imagine your traditional yoga class combined with yoga push-ups, sit-ups and squats to really strengthen your core, improve your balance and stability. All abilities welcome!
A different approach to strengthening your core. Bored of planks and sit ups? With mindful breathing exercises to strengthen the core alone, paired with stabilised postures you will become reacquainted with your core strength.
This class is ideal if you have:
A busy life
You have trouble sleeping
You want to improve your focus
You're feeling anxious or unsettled
