Sunday Social

A friendly and social lunch for everyone. 

Weekends can be a tough time for those living in poverty or isolation so the new Sunday Social has been introduced to bring people of all ages together, including families in a warm space for a warm meal to chat and pass the time with games and crafts.

The Warm Welcome has been funded by the government's cost of living fund via The National Lottery Community Fund, with additional funding for the Sunday Social from Hexham Town Council. Hexham Community Centre is incredibly grateful for their support without which the Warm Welcome programme would not be possible.

Join us

As part of Warm Welcome, the Sunday Social is free for those who need it to be, with a suggested donation of £2 for those who can. 

Booking preferred, please let us know you are coming by calling the Centre on 01434 602707. If you require transport please let us know and we can arrange a volunteer driver.
