InSync Physiotherapy Led Pilates Classes
5.30pm - 6.30pm
Pilates, built around low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, is the ideal teammate for our physiotherapy treatments. And it’s the perfect exercise for anyone from teenagers to 80+.
Our Pilates classes focus on your strength and conditioning, whilst reducing your risk of injury. There are mat-based classes (stretching and working on your core) from beginners to advanced, as well as cardio sessions (getting up and moving a bit more) alongside our regular pre and post-natal sessions.

Classes are suitable for adults 18+.
Please bring your own Pilates or Yoga mat, we cannot provide mats currently.
We recommend also bringing a bottle of water.
How much does it cost?
£40 for 6 weeks
You can pay for your spot in advance or by cash on the day.
