This course is for people who have an elementary understanding of Italian and are able to take part in simple conversations regarding familiar topics using the present and the past tense. By attending this practical and informal course you will be able to consolidate and further improve your confidence in speaking. The material used for this course will be particularly useful to help you develop your comprehension of spoken Italian.

Course 2: Easy Italian conversation, 6.30pm - 8.00pm
This course has 9 available spaces

This course is ideal for people who have studied Italian in the past as beginners and are familiar with simple questions and answers. If you would like to (re)gain confidence with listening and conversational skills, this course is ideal for you. You will use a combination of materials including videos, simple articles, games to help you enrich your language and build fluency and confidence in taking part in simple conversations involving familiar everyday topics.

Antonella Rea

Teaching Italian to adults started by chance and it soon became my one true passion. I find incredible satisfaction in making Italian learning as simple, natural and pleasurable as possible. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting people in learning the language from scratch or helping others to brush up their skills. Working together to create a space where people can share their love for Italy and the bella lingua italiana.

I am a native speaker and I hold a PGCE in adult teaching and learning gained at Northumbria University.
