Dru Yoga Class
9.30am - 11.00am
Dru Yoga is a graceful, potent style of Yoga based on therapeutic flowing movements.
Each week, we work to release blockages on a physical, mental, and emotional level, leaving you feeling positive and empowered.
The classes include:
- Classical yoga postures
- Breath work ( pranayama)
- Relaxation / meditation
- Positive affirmations
- Empowering visualizations
- Powerful flowing sequences
The class is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.
Your own Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a drink and a warm blanket for relaxation.
How much does it cost?
£40 x4 weekly sessions
Consessions available. Payable in advance or by cash on the door.
