Forget a white Christmas, this year Hexham is going green!

Eco Fair is a Christmas market with a difference, that makes a difference. featuring a selection of local sellers working in a sustainable and creative way to encourage more environmentally friendly ways to gift this Christmas.

We've got 13 great sellers lined up, as well as a festive punch bar (non-alcoholic) to get in the festive spirit.

What makes an 'Eco' gift?

Locally made, locally bought

Transport miles are a huge contributor to carbon emissions so by making and selling locally you can reduce global shipping and you need less wasteful packaging

Sustainable materials

Using natural and plant based materials, instead of plastics makes a product more sustainable and easier to recycle

Reuse, Recycle

Products that upcycle or give something a second or third life reduces waste and landfill

Encouraging eco choices

Products that help people reduce their single use plastic, like shampoo bars, beeswax wraps or tote bags

This year's sellers

Alongside the Christmas Gifting Fair we will be hosting a couple of Willow Wreath Making Workshops, a perfect chance for a pre-Christmas get together with friend, family or colleagues. Just one ticket left for the 10am workshop! Book it now for £20 via Eventbrite
