Meditation Classes at Hexham Community Centre
Mondays and Thursdays 7pm-9pm

Compassion Centre's meditation classes are for anyone in Hexham who might like to try meditation.
Classes consist of guided relaxation meditation, a short talk on meditation techniques and various aspects of Buddhist teachings that can be of practical benefit to anyone in daily life, followed by discussion and refreshments.
The classes help with staying calm under pressure, reducing stress and worry, or simply getting more enjoyment out of life by cultivating a more peaceful and settled mind.
Benefits of learning to meditate include feeling more relaxed, improved relationships and a strong sense of emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as an improvement in physical health.
You don't need any experience or to book in advance - just turn up on the day. All the classes are suitable for beginners to meditation.
